Returns & Refunds
At POKT, we maintain strict quality control to ensure every product meets our standards before it reaches you.
Returns Policy
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item received is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect (wrong item received)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us resolve your request quickly, include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where:
- A replacement is not possible, or
- The issue cannot be resolved through a replacement
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and processed.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our side (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).
